Pavilions of Splendour is a heritage consultancy, a strange animal which never really existed before, rather like the World Wide Web. It is not a charity or a non-profit organisation - at least, it is not intended to be - and it was set up as a limited company, or corporation, to fulfil a demand which no other company yet answers. The company works in three main fields:

As Heritage Consultants, we help owners and would-be owners of properties which are important, architecturally or historically, to sell, buy, restore, repair, maintain and even profit from them.

As estate agents or realtors, we sell houses that are listed or special in some way. Unlike normal estate agents, we are based demographically rather than geographically, so it makes sense to have the Internet as our shop window (store front, for our American cousins). In Great Britain, we undertake to market any property which is listed or ruined.
