The Home Information Pack introduced to the UK on June 1st 2007 is of little benefit, or relevance, to buyers or sellers of Listed Buildings and other buildings of historic or architectural interest. As a result we have regretfully decided to discontinue sales of our Pavilions of Splendour in Great Britain, until the Home Information Pack is modified to take into account the importance of the particular status of Listed Buildings.
